MEMBERSHIP & BENEFITS

Membership with the Adult Competitive Sports Association (ACSA) establishes eligibility, accountability, and access to participation in ACSA-sanctioned competitive sports. Membership is required for individuals and organizations participating in sanctioned leagues and events.

ACSA membership is not a social affiliation. It is a formal recognition that an individual or organization operates within a nationally governed competitive framework that emphasizes safety, conduct, and competitive integrity.

ACSA Membership Overview

  • Required for all players participating in:

    ​

    • Fully Sanctioned Leagues
    • Championship Events
    • ACSA-Sanctioned Tournaments

    ​

    $30 per sport
    Renews annually

    ​

    Establishes:
    • Championship eligibility
    • Governance authority
    • Conduct accountability
    • Access to sanctioned competition
    • Insurance linkage where applicable

    ​

    Municipal affiliate regular-season participants are not required to maintain membership unless advancing to ACSA championship competition.

  • Required for officials working ACSA-sanctioned competition.

    $35 annually

    Single sport access

    ​

    $55 annually
    Multi-sport access

    ​

    Provides:
    • Recognition within ACSA governance framework
    • Officiating authority support
    • Incident reporting structure
    • Insurance alignment where applicable

  • Required for individuals with authority over players in ACSA-governed competition.

    ​

    $55 annually
    Multi-sport access

    ​

    Establishes:
    • Accountability for team conduct
    • Eligibility compliance responsibility
    • Direct communication with ACSA

  • Required for individuals responsible for operating ACSA-sanctioned leagues or events.

    ​

    • Authority to apply for sanctioning
    • Compliance responsibility
    • Insurance administration access
    • Professional credibility within the ACSA framework

  • Optional, but encouraged for facilities participating within the ACSA ecosystem.

    • Familiarity with ACSA standards
    • Simplified insurance documentation
    • Listing in ACSA facility database

    ​

    Facilities without membership may still host sanctioned activity subject to approval.

Benefits apply only to activities conducted in compliance with ACSA sanctioning requirements.

Membership Term

ACSA memberships are issued on an annual basis, aligned with the ACSA operating year, September 1 – August 31. 

​

Membership must be active at the time of participation in sanctioned competition.

Membership Verification

ACSA utilizes digital membership identification to support:

​

  • eligibility verification at games and events

  • streamlined check-in for tournaments

  • administrative efficiency for operators and officials

​

Membership status may be verified electronically by authorized personnel.
